What We Do
Renee Ho founded APT when she learned there was a one in two chance her transgender child would attempt suicide.
What we would use at $5,000 grant for:
With $5000 we would make instant and systemic change by giving $100 to each of our 16 APT Student Clubs for materials. The remaining funds would go to finish our LGBTQIA+ curriculum.

Success Stories
I believe it is a success when folks who are working together to make our community and world a better place come together and get to know each other. I personally met folks at the rotary summit who I had never met before and because of that have been in touch with some of the other organization folks to collaborate with. All of our work intersects and now we are able to better work together and collaborate.
